Submission Guidelines

In order to produce the highest quality magazine possible, we ask that all submissions follow the guidelines listed below.  If you would still like to submit but your images do not meet the following requirements, please contact us.

Submission Guidelines for Cosplay Kingdom Magazine:

Photo Release:

• ALL participants must sign our release form prior to publication.

Images:

• In general, up to 10 images may be submitted for consideration (featured photographers may submit more)
• Images must be high-resolution files - minimum 2000 pixels on long side.
• Portrait cropped images (preferred specs): 300 dpi, 2550 x 3300 pixels.
• Landscape cropped images (preferred specs): 300 dpi, 5100 x 3300 pixels.
• JPG or PNG Format only.
• Adobe sRGB Color Profile.
• Must be the copyright owner.
• Must remove watermarks or branding from images. 
• NOTE:  Images larger than the above specifications and may be cropped to fit spreads.

Credits:

• Include IG tags for all parties involved in the photoshoot.  Photographers, cosplayers, hair stylists, make-up artists, costume designers, set designers, etc.

Articles:

• When legal names are provided, they may be printed in the publication unless express written notification is given to Cosplay Kingdom Magazine to omit.  Please verify requests to omit legal names PRIOR to publication.
• Any articles submitted may be altered for spelling, fluency, grammar, or fitment.
• No profanity of any kind will be permitted.

Cosplay Kingdom Magazine reserves the right to crop images to meet fitment requirements for the publication.  No alteration of the content will occur under these circumstances.
